Following a discussion, and pursuant  to the recommendation of the EFC, the Board decided to approve the draft standard legal agreement contained in Annex VI to the present report, as amended by the Committee. The standard legal agreement would apply once the law conferring legal capacity to the Board had entered into force in Germany, which was expected to occur in January 2011.
