Following the discussion the Board  decided to approve the terms of reference for a consultant to develop a communications strategy for the Adaptation Fund Board, as well as the budget estimates for the development of that communications strategy. The Terms of Reference for the consultant and the budget estimates for the  communications strategy are contained in Annex V to the present report.
