This side event “Le Fonds et l’Accord de Paris – Feuille de Route et Perspectives”, co-organized with Institut de la Francophonie pour le Développement Durable (IFDD), reflects the issues related to the implementation of the Paris Agreement and the added value of the Adaptation Fund. The event will also discuss potential linkages with the Green Climate Fund and the perspectives related to the Sustainable Development Mechanism established by the article 6 of the Paris Agreement. The speakers include representatives of the Adaptation Fund Board secretariat, the implementing entities, and the beneficiary countries of the Fund.
