The Board decided to:

(a) Consider intersessionally its comments on the performance review of the secretariat and the trustee; and

(b) Request the secretariat to transmit the comments referred to in sub-paragraph (a) above to the secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change together with the Board report to CMP 8.
