Adaptation Fund at COP29

Our Participation

The 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) will take place in Baku, Azerbaijan, from November 11 to 22, 2024. This pivotal climate summit will unite nations and organizations worldwide to tackle the pressing challenges of climate change.

The Adaptation Fund (AF) will play an active role at COP29, hosting and participating in a variety of engaging side events on key topics (to be determined). Additionally, in partnership with Climate Investment Funds (CIF), Global Environment Facility (GEF), and Green Climate Fund(GCF), the AF will co-host a dedicated pavilion to foster collaboration and dialogue among stakeholders.
